Reaching out to ICT Consultants
Finding the right IT profiles in a competitive B2B market is no simple task! The overall goal was to lead segmented target groups to a dedicated landing page. Each segment was from a different location. The plan? Short animated videos that were tailored to their audiences on Facebook.
RealDolmen's Video Outcome
Because the video was targeted to four different regions with a personal message in the ad copy as well as a personalized thumbnail, the success of the video was high. RealDolmen hired 200 Java developers after a three-month long campaign.
